  • Is developmental - Change doesn’t happen overnight and successful DEI requires a lifelong commitment to learning.

  • Must be relevant - We are practitioners first and strive to provide information that is practical and applicable to the current workplace environment. 

  • Is inclusive - We have culturally competent facilitators trained to lead across global diverse environments.

  • Is liberatory -  Our work is grounded in anti-racism, social justice, and always centers the needs of those most marginalized. Our purpose in learning is to challenge dominant culture, shift our mindsets, grow in our leadership, and rethink systems and traditional ways of operating.

Workshop Descriptions

DEI Foundations:  Explore a high-level introduction to the discipline of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), focused on social identity and foundational concepts and frameworks for creating positive change.

Inclusive Language & Communication: Learn language that conveys respect to all people and is sensitive to differences. Explore microaggressions, the use of pronouns, and the evolution of language. 

Identity at Work: Go deep on race, ethnicity and gender dynamics in the workplace and challenge existing norms and practices that impede building an inclusive workplace environment.

Engaging in DEI Conversations:  Acquire tips, tools, and best practices for participating in conversations around issues of identity, equity and inclusion.

Implicit Bias Mitigation: Explore why implicit and explicit bias exists, how it shows up in our lives, and how we can interrupt and mitigate bias in the workplace.

Allyship & Advocacy:  Gain a deeper understanding of power and privilege, what it means to be an ally and learn practical approaches for taking action.

Inclusive Leadership:  Discover specific behaviors and practices to help foster belonging and inclusion while working with diverse teams.
